South Holland Pride awards 2017

This year the Pride of South Holland Awards will be happening in September 2017.

Andy has sponsored the Young Achievers Award again and has the following to say;

“It is a great honour to once again sponsor the Pride of South Holland Young Achiever Award – is such an important Award, as it recognises the efforts of the younger people in the local community.

I feel the Young Achiever Award is not just about achievements, it is about working hard in all aspects of life, together with perseverance and patience.

I am currently in my 20th year of running my business, Molsom & Associates Ltd – an independent Optometrist practice in Hall Place – and it has not been without its challenges. But again, working hard and being persistent has brought about the success that we enjoy. I have always tried to bring something a little different to Spalding, not only with quality spectacles, but also the latest digital technology involved with eye examinations.

We pride ourselves with high standards of clinical care and customer service, in a friendly relaxed environment, offering products to maximise comfortable vision with value for money.

We work with local schools to promote healthy eyes and vision to young children. It is of utmost importance for young children to have a simple FREE NHS sight test at this age, as we learn through what we see. If we cannot focus or control our eye movements perfectly, then it is much harder (or nearly impossible) to accumulate even the most basic knowledge.

Remember hard work and dedication are what needs to be recognised through this award. It is this that yields achievement, results and success. So if you know a youngster that works hard, whether it is at school, home, sports, hobbies or volunteering their time, then please nominate them for this Award. “

There are so many Young Achievers who deserve to be recognised for the hard work and commitment they show everyday.

Application forms are available at the practice now so please help support this great event.
